LaMills understands we build a community by embodying the values we seek to achieve, including service, working hard to reach goals, and compassion toward our neighbors in moments of suffering.  The strength of our city are our people, our neighborhoods and our businesses, and LaMills is focused on supporting both as a member of the Roseville City Council.

LaMills hopes to build a Roseville that improves for each generation, by being responsive to the needs of all citizens, guarding every dollar with full accountability and transparency, managing future growth responsibly.

LaMills is driven by the example of his mother – a single mom and incredibly hard-working woman- who provided her children (LaMills and two older siblings) opportunities and an environment better than she had.  He has raised his children with the same values instilled in him by his mom, and readily commits time to be of service throughout Roseville.
